PWA Amateur Radio Technical Information Net
The 2 Meter FM net meets at 8:00 PM every Sunday on the Penn Wireless W3SK repeater to provide a forum for the discussion of technical issues leading to the advancement of personal and professional skills in the area of wireless communication. Our repeater can be accessed at 146.79 Mhz-0.6Tx, 131.8 Hz PL. EchoLink is available via N3HTZ-R from 7:45 PM until close of net.
The W3SK 440 repeater is a Yaesu Fusion DR-1 set in AMS mode (Automatic Mode Select). It can be accessed at 448.225 Mhz -5.0 Tx, 131.8 Hz PL with any FM radio or by using a Yaesu Fusion radio in DN mode. PWA now runs a Fusion net at 8:00 PM every Tuesday night to provide a forum for the discussion of technical issues leading to the advancement of personal and professional skills in the area of wireless communication. The W3SK Wires-x node is Room #21349. Please point your Wires-x node or PDN to our Room. We discourage bridging from any of the PiStar Reflectors.
