This is really a very accurate Fluke DMM built for Heathkit. I changed the 9v battery and checked it out on AC/DC and Ohms. Those are IRC wire wound precision resistors; 1 ohm, 1,000 ohm and 100,000 ohm. The meter reads perfectly.
