2:00 PM: Deliver cables to field (2 people): two cables, truck
2:30 PM: Run cables in grass (3 people): plastic bags, tie wraps
2:45 PM: Drive pedestals: Mallet, punch, gloves, pedestals
3:00 PM: Setup power shelter (3 people) Shelter parts, stakes, rope, canopy, rubber mallet.
4:00 PM: Shoot trees: Pull tapes, slingshot kit, layout diagram
6:00 PM: Setup West-side masts: (4 people) 30ft, 20ft Masts, guy rope, wood stakes, metal stakes, mallet, measuring line, center pin, halyards, stainless steel bands, nut drivers, 50ft tape measure, pliers, knife, propane lighter.
Friday, June 22
6:00p Setup East-side mast: (4 people) IBID (If access permits)
7:00 PM: Raise Antennas 160m G5RV, 80m EF, 80/40/20 Nvis, 40m fwl, 20m fwl, OCF, Super Antennas, etc., coaxial cable, leaderline
Saturday, June 23
8:00 AM: Setup East-side mast: (4 people) IBID (If not on Friday)
9:00a Setup stations Rigs, power supply, base, lamp, lamp base/clamp, clock, octal strip, 100ft power cord, keyer, kid, jumpers, jumpers diagram, ext speakers, spare batteries, computer base, 2m ht, ht ps, instruction book, dsp filter, headphones, hp adapter, fan, coaxial jumpers.
10:00 AM: Place power generator (2 people) Generators, power pedestal
10:30 AM: Setup network with Network bag and spare, zip ties, extension cord.
11:00 AM: Distribute logging computers Computer kits, folding cart
12:00 PM: LUNCH – Hoagie Tray (Italian, Roast Beef, Turkey)
1:00 PM: Startup power generator Oil, rags, funnel, fuel, starting fluid, gloves, ear plugs
2:00 PM: Operate contest (NEED OPERATORS!)
6:00 PM: DINNER – Hamburgers, hot dogs, sausages, sides, desserts.
10:00 PM: Optional Station Lockdown
Sunday, June 24
8:00 AM: Continue to Operate
9:00 AM: BREAKFAST – Pancakes, Bacon & Turkey Bacon
12:00 PM: LUNCH – Leftovers or fast food
2:00 PM: Knockdown Save contest results Collect logging computers
2:30 PM: Knockdown, cont’d. Stop generator, Dismantle network, Dismantle stations, Knockdown Tents (2 people/tent)
3:00 PM: Knockdown, cont’d. Remove wires in trees, Pull generator from field (3 people), Dismantle masts (4 people), Dismantle power shelter (3 people), Remove pedestals (2 people), Pull cables (3 people)
6:00 PM: Knockdown, cont’d. Deliver cables to repeater (2 people), two cables, truck.
